How do I keep my earphones in while jogging?

So I have this MP3 player (it's a watch) and it has a special set of earphones with a smaller connector than regular earphones have so I can't get a different set of earphones. So here's my question...

How do i keep my earphones in while jogging? Any suggestions?

    Good Luck
  5. put earmuffs on( its cold anyway) =)
  6. Stop jogging? Lol. Just kidding.

There is some companies that make earphones that fit around the ear, and some that fit inside.

Are the ear phones too big for your ears?

Just look up earphones and find one that works for you.
  7. I had the same problem. The ear buds kept falling out. So I replaced the ear buds with my sony walkman ear phones - and these have worked VERY WELL. They never come out of my ear.

Are you familiar with this style of headphone - they fit over your head and into your ears.

    Here's what you could do...

    1. taking the watch back for exchange

    2. take the watch to radio shack to see if they have an adapter to fit for the sony walkman style ear phones.
  8. Radio Shack, while a bit pricy on common stuff, is the go-to place for weird electronics solutions. There are three common headphone jacks. In the US, they are known as 1/4" (the big plugs used by professionals), 1/8" (the industry standard for consumer electronics), and 3/32" (the slightly smaller jack used for cordless/mobile phones). What you need is an adapter with a 3/32" stereo plug and an 1/8" stereo jack, which they happen to sell. Either buy it online, or look up your local store and ask them for part #274-373. Once you've got that, you can use any lightweight 1/8" headphones you like, though I'd suggest looking at the type that clip over the back of your ears.
  9. You don't unless you can find an adapter for the smaller plug so you can buy a set of in-ear headphones.

    Sorry.
